Congratulations and Thank You
To
all teams from all divisions, the Unionville Milliken Soccer Club
would like to thank you for your continuing support of a great
tournament. We were all blessed with great weather, great
competition and an amazing weekend of top quality soccer.
Every
participant should be proud of their achievements, large or
small... Competing at the Challenge Cup is about pushing your
limits and your tolerance and improving your teamwork but most of
all, it's about having fun playing the beautiful game.
Congratulations to the Finalists and Champions and their coaches and
parents for games well played.
Thank
you also to the quality of referees from York Region, Toronto and
the neighbouring regions who made their way to our games despite the
heat. They showed many teams how competitive tournaments should be
officiated.
Lastly, a thank you to our sponsors,
HTG Sports for handling
hotel accommodations, and
Soccer World Tactics
for sending us their new Soccer board games which were given out to
our U10 and below teams. This was well received as a very classy
touch.
