Temporary Customer Service Representative

Outgoing, cheerful personality
with recreational or competitive soccer insight

Reports to Operations Manager

Open & Close Office (3pm - 8pm M-F / 9am - 2pm Sat.)

Answer phone to field questions regarding: 
•House League

Respond to web inquiries 

Respond to email questions or re-direct for follow up

Support members who come to the club office

Assist with processing payments for House League or Rep Registration

Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency an asset
