How do I register?
I’m new to Unionville-Milliken Soccer Club and when I registered my child it mentioned that I needed to provide proof of date of birth, how do I do this?
You can provide proof of date of birth in the form of a birth certificate, health card, or passport.
You can either scan a copy and e-mail it to hl.admin@u-msc.com or come into the office to provide a copy during office hours.
How do I get my tax receipt?
Can I make a special request?
Unionville-Milliken Soccer Club does not take special requests. House league teams are balanced at the beginning of season for fair play. Special requests complicate the process and can result in unbalanced teams. Players and parents are encouraged to find carpools within the teams that are formed at the start of season.

What happens once I’ve registered for Lil' Strikers or House League?
The club will start sending out initial teams a few weeks before the season start date. Lil' Striker Players U3-U8 will be asked to come out for an orientation day where coaches will hand out team uniforms and season schedules. House League Players U9-U18 will play in exhibition games to determine if teams are fairly balanced. Unbalanced teams will be re-adjusted by club staff and volunteer coaches. When teams are finalized coaches will distribute team uniforms and season schedules.

How do I know if a game is cancelled due to bad weather?
If fields are closed due to weather you will see notifications from the club posted on our website, facebook, and twitter by 4pm that day. If no notifications are posted please follow below:
Lil' Strikers-U3-U8: coaches, training staff, and parents should use their best judgement on the current field and weather conditions to determine if the session should continue
