Registration can be submitted online, or print out the form from the web site and mail it in, bring it to the club office or bring it to one of the registration events

Please note that the game and/or practice nights, as listed on the enclosed information sheet are PRELIMINARY and could change.

The Player Registration form was revised to comply with new Ontario Soccer Association rules and regulations and to take into account the Privacy Laws.  Please take time to read the enclosed information and ensure that you have filled out the form accurately and completely.

Please note that we cannot accept a registration that is incomplete or has not been signed on the back. 

KEY DATES for 2008

Please note these dates on your calendar:

u         February 29, 2008                    Last day for Early Bird registration fee

u         April 30, 2008                            Last day for Regular registration fee

u      May 11, 2008                             Last day to register for Outdoor soccer

u         Week of May 19, 2008              Balancing Week

u         Week of May 24,2008               Season Begins

u         August 23-24, 2008                   All Star/Select Tournament

u         September 7, 2008                   Soccer Day

 You will be notified by your coach after May 10^th as to the start of the season and the location/time of the first ‘balancing’ game.  Balancing normally takes 2-3 weeks and ensures that players of different skill levels are appropriately assigned to teams. 

The dates, as listed above, are subject to change based on availability of fields and approval by the York Region Soccer Association to ensure no conflicts with existing events at the regional level.

Children of Coaches & Sponsors play on their parents' teams. Primary consideration is otherwise given to skills balancing. A refund will be give after a $25.00 administration fee is applied if a request is not feasible.  

There are no refunds after the uniforms are distributed                                                                                                                          

OLDER AGE GROUPS
More older players are returning to enjoy the game of soccer.  Last year, the number of players was not quite enough to fill 4 or more teams and create an internal house league.  These teams were placed in the York Region Soccer League to play against teams from other clubs in the district.  For those players who are now over the age of 18, the district is offering a league for the U-21 players; this would also provide an opportunity for players who currently attend colleges and universities in other cities across the province/country to get back into the game.  The playing season for this age group will be adjusted to finish before August 31 and allow players to return to their appropriate places of education.

All registration hours for the above locations are from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm 

VOLUNTEERING
The success of the club and its programs depends on volunteers. Please volunteer! Indicate your interest in volunteering on the registration form or when you register online.

SPONSORSHIPS
Sponsors play a key role in the success of UMSC programs. Their contributions help to offset the many costs associated with running the Club as well as promoting corporate participation in the development of soccer in our community.
